libcplui26 software package provides CPL framework interface library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcplui26
libcplui26 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcplui26 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcplui26 *
You will get with libcplui26 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
